Where move makers are the tasty sauce, or the gravy you add on top, drills are the meat and potatoes of your skill development. Every drill included in this program is critical to your success. Without putting in a consistent effort – and I mean your best effort – you will not see the progress you desire.

Each drill is designed to make the best use of every minute of your training. Plus every workout will include a different variety of drills so there’s no reason for you to get bored or make excuses! Additionally, each drill will have different progressions of difficulty, so you can be sure you’re challenging yourself in every workout.
