Support Request
Before submitting your request, please remember that general issues, ideas, content requests, and feature requests can be submitted in Next Shift. This form is intended for account support. If you have any questions about your game, or want to show off, be sure to post in the Facebook group!
Go to the login page and click “Forgot Password”, enter your email address, click “Request password reset”, and an email will be sent to you with instructions on how to reset your password.
To update your payment method navigate to your account settings (click on your avatar or link in the footer). Go to your subscriptions tab to see your active subscriptions. You can update your credit card information by clicking “update” and your new card will be charged at the next billing cycle. If you don’t update your credit card your subscription will expire, but don’t worry; you can still access your account to re-activate your subscription at any time.
Should you decide you want to take a break from The Pond (sad face), we offer the ability to cancel anytime by going to your account subscriptions tab. We recommend you simply pause your subscription though since that way you can still resume it when you’re ready.
