Bottom Hand Role

When shooting, the bottom hand is used not just to help generate force/flex on the stick, but also to direct the puck towards your target. That means the bottom hand can help to aim high, low, left, or right. Pay specific attention to the bottom hand in the video above and see if you can spot the difference between high vs. low, and left vs. right shots.
